Piping Design Concepts (IGT-PDC)

This course is designed for the fresh graduate who wants to become piping engineer and who would like to pursue their career in Plant design industry. The course covers an overall knowledge about the role of Piping engineers and how piping engineers integrate into an engineering organization. The course also discusses about various industry codes, standards, International practices which the piping engineer should be familiar with.

AutoCAD for Pipers (IGT-ACAD)

This course teaches the participants about the fundamentals of AutoCAD as a Piping drafting program. The training covers fundamentals of AutoCAD such basic drawing and editing commands, Settings such as Layer, Blocks, Attributes and other advanced features such as external referencing, Image handling, rendering etc. This course teaches how to prepare P&ID drawings, Piping isometrics and general arrangement drawings using AutoCAD as a drafting tool.

Plant Design Modeling using CADWorx Plant Design Suite (IGT-CWX)

This course helps the participant to learn to Create, modify, and manage P&ID, Piping, Equipment, Steel Structural models and related deliverables using CADWorx Plant Design Suite. It is designed for the fresh graduates and plant designers who want to become familiar with the latest software tools available for Intelligent Plant Modeling and to produce Intelligent P&ID drawings. This course helps the user to understand the underlying concepts behind data centric Intelligent P&ID and to customize the software to the specific requirements of their organization so that project deliverables can be generated dynamically. The course extensively covers all the areas of Plant design and enables the designers to use the CADWorx Software effectively and make them productive from day one.

Intergraph CAESAR II – Static Pipe Stress Analysis (IGT-SPSA)

Intergraph CAESAR II evaluates the structural responses and stresses of piping systems to international codes and standards. CAESAR II is the pipe stress analysis standard against which all others are measured. The CAESAR II input graphics module makes quick work of developing analysis models while clearly indicating areas of concern and providing an excellent idea of the piping system’s flexibility. Color-coded stress models and animated displacements for any stress load case are available

Intergraph PV Elite & TANK for Mechanical Engineers (IGT-PVT)

PVElite is a graphical based, easy-to-use software program that provides engineers, designers, estimators, fabricators and inspectors with complete design capabilities of tall towers, horizontal vessels, heat exchangers (mechanical design), individual vessel and heat exchanger components.

PVElite has a component analysis module, CodeCalc, which is also available as a separate program. The program can be used to design, bid or re-rate a wide variety of vessels and vessel components in accordance with ASME Code Section VIII Division 1, Division 2, ASME UHX, TEMA, PD5500 (British) and EN-13445 (European) rules. Fitness for Service (FFS) per API-579 can be performed for the in-service equipment.
